The Anchor Gym CORE Station (3 units, 6 anchoring points) is a modular functional training station designed to safely anchor resistance bands, body weight straps, stretch straps, and more. It's easy to use, with a patented open-faced design of its T-bar safety hook, allowing for seamless transitions between exercises. No cumbersome clip hooks, carabiners, or fasteners are required.

Made of solid steel components, the Anchor Gym is a space-saving powerhouse capable of supporting up to 800 lbs of resistance. It's also easy to install, with wood mounting hardware included. For concrete or block walls, 5/16" (diameter) x 2.5" (length) sleeve anchors (not included) are required. Detailed installation instructions are provided in the Digital Owner's Manual on Page 13. To avoid over-torquing and breaking a bolt, a 1/4" diameter pilot hole, 2.5" deep, should be drilled. To prevent stripping, bolts should not be over-tightened.
